Private Beta terms and video privacy
Private Beta — Free for invited participants. Regular price after launch: CAD $89. No real payment will be collected.
Invitation-only trial
The owner and up to five invited adults may test one private swing analysis at a time. This is a free Beta, not a commercial sale. Access can be revoked. A personal invitation and a student Passkey are required.
TEST Checkout
Simulated payment amount: CAD $89. Actual money charged: CAD $0. Use only Stripe’s documented test card details on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Never enter a real card. A verified signed TEST webhook opens upload; redirects alone do not.
Recording and service scope
Submit a face-on and a down-the-line recording within14 days of the test order. Each MP4/MOV must be non-empty, no larger than150 MB and no longer than60 seconds. Use H.264/Most Compatible for widest playback support. Keep your body, club and ball visible; exclude bystanders, children and sensitive information. Technical validation and malware checks precede coach review. No medical advice or guaranteed performance result is provided.
Coach review and timing
The coach may request replacement recordings. Delivery is due within seven business days beginning after the coach approves both current recordings. Business days use America/Vancouver local time, exclude the approval day, weekends and applicable British Columbia statutory holidays, and preserve the local approval clock time. Delays or unavailable processing are shown in the dashboard.
Private storage and processing
Videos and reports stay private to the correct student and authorized coach. Cloudflare processes account/media data; its services may process data outside Canada. A trusted owner-operated processor downloads quarantined files privately for full video decoding and malware scanning, then removes temporary processing copies. Videos are not used for public marketing, third-party AI analysis or model training without separate explicit consent.
Retention and deletion
Student, replacement and analysis videos are retained for at most60 days from upload; private written reports for at most120 days from creation/publication. Active copies can be deleted earlier so recovery copies also fit those limits. Scheduled deletion removes private media and report content and records minimal audit evidence. Cloudflare D1 recovery copies expire within seven days on Free and are not served to users; no separate media backup is created. Private processing copies are removed after validation. Erasure requests go to [email protected] or the private dashboard and are processed within seven days. Recovery restoration must reapply deletion records before access reopens. A specific lawful retention requirement can delay erasure only for the necessary records, purpose and period, disclosed to you when legally permitted; no blanket legal hold is assumed. Minimal consent/security/TEST records may remain for accountability. Registration and uploads stay closed until actual deletion and runtime checks pass.
Consent and support
Before registering and ordering, separately agree to private storage, coach access, processing/reporting, limited Beta testing and the approved retention/deletion notice; confirm you are18 or older. Participation is voluntary; cancel without a charge or refund process because no real payment occurs. Status and reports work without email.
