MP4 / MOV; provisional local-demo limits are 150 MB and 60 seconds per video. Initial service is intended for adults.

From submission to practice

  1. Sign in, select and upload both videos.
  2. Confirm the CAD $79 order and continue to checkout. Local demonstration payments are simulated.
  3. The coach reviews each video; unusable recordings need replacement.
  4. The seven-business-day turnaround begins only after the coach accepts both complete, usable videos.
  5. Sign in to My Account to view your private analysis and practice plan.

Payment, upload, or acceptance of just one video never starts the clock. Canadian holiday and final time-zone policies remain pending; local deadline estimates are provisional.
