Follow Through and Finish

我在练习场带学生的时候，一直要求学生Hold住finishing的动作，直到球停止滚动。在保持完成动作的时候，头脑中思考前面击球过程是否已经完成了在Setup时设定的内容。

触击球后如何保持重心稳定，手臂随杆头重量带动，完成Follow Through是保证击球质量的重要环节。

After impact, the shaft is parallel to the ground with the trailing arm straight and the lead arm folding.
The hips are almost facing the target. At the finish, the weight is almost all on the lead foot; the hips are facing the target or have rotated slightly beyond, and the golfer is in a well-balanced, upright position.
